Now going solo under the B12 banner, co-founder Steve Rutter plugs straight into the cerebral cortex with a free download via B12 Records sub-label, FireScope Music. Horizontal, IDM-inspired electro with a distinctly UK flavour from one of nation’s finest electronic exports.
Third Try Records continue to promote S. Channel’s Never Ending Stories EP, offering up a Tim Karbon reinterpretation of the track we premiered last month. The Paris-based producer does a good job too, introducing a swinging groove, lush keys and truncated chord stabs so overdriven they’re close to unidentifiable.
Bizarro, synth-driven disco reinterpreted by MAN2.0 and served up as the latest instalment in the Night Noise edit series. The UK-based producer strips out the main vocal and syrupy groove in favour of something with added dancefloor propulsion.
