“For fans of old school, hardcore and rave…”

Named after a long-since defunct handheld gaming device (pictured above), everyone’s favourite anonymous vinyl series is again taking its cues from the past. Stringing together a five track EP that references genres synonymous with the early UK rave scene, R-Zone 12 is a heady homage to an era-defining period of British musical history.

In similar fashion to a recent Fett Burger and Luca Lozano collaboration, the R-Zone crew manage to breath new life into sounds that while having stood the test of time, can often be rehashed to terrible effect. Well it’s taken a while, but old school rave and hardcore reappropriated for the modern dance floor may have never sounded this good!

R-Zone 12 will be available in 12” format mid-December.
